FEATURES INCLUDE:
Designed for the job. Made specifically to live-capture mid sized mammals. Often 'universal' cage traps are too small and have inappropriate trigger mechanisms to capture mammals effectively.
Welded Seams. The seams on our cage traps are welded not clipped. This produces a very strong and stable trap with no sharp edges. Sharp edges can cause unnecessary injury to captured animals.
12 Gauge weld mesh. The Mid Sized Mammal Cage Trap is made from high quality 12 gauge weld mesh for maximum strength and durability.
Dual Protection. Our traps are zinc plated and then power coated. This finish provides excellent corrosion resistance and is easily cleaned. The colour also reduces the likelihood of the trap being seen and disturbed when being used in the field.
Locking door mechanism. The spring loaded self locking door is designed to remain securely shut when closed.
Sturdy carrying handle. Correctly placed handle with metal guard so that captured animals cannot bite or scratch user.
