Shipping Information

Whether your delivery address is in the UK, USA or any other country around the world, we want you to receive your equipment efficiently and safely. We therefore use Parcelforce for UK deliveries and Parcelforce Worldwide and FedEx for international orders. Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll be emailed the tracking details to allow you to follow the progress of your shipment.

UNITED KINGDOM

Shipping rates are based on the weight and size (Volumetric weight) of your total order and are clearly given prior to completing your purchase. Some of our larger items may incur additional charges. If you wish to place a large order, please contact us for rates.  All prices exclude VAT at the current UK rate (20%). 

England, Wales & Scotland

From £5.95.

 LOCAL COLLECTION

Local customers can now purchase online and then collect their items from our showroom at Unit 1 Hatton Rock Business Park, Hatton Rock, Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 0BX. Opening hours are between 10am and 3pm  Monday to Friday. 

 INTERNATIONAL

EU TAXES & DUTIES 

EU orders will be liable for local VAT, duties and import fees, due in the country of delivery.  However, for EU orders below €150 (excluding shipping and taxes) to non business customers, taxes and duties will be calculated and charged at checkout.
