Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and exclude VAT at the current rate (20%) unless otherwise specified. Prices may change at any time prior to an order being placed but not after accepting an order. Delivery charges are not included. More information on delivery charges can be found here. In the highly unlikely event that the price of an item has been incorrectly displayed on our website, we will contact you regarding this matter. If after been given the correct price you do not wish to proceed with your order, we will cancel the order. We are not obliged to supply products at the incorrect price.

Description

We aim to provide our customers with detailed and accurate descriptions of all our products. However, we cannot accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Photographs of products are for reference only. If you feel that we have not described a product accurately, please email us with the details so that the problem can be corrected as soon as possible.

Availability and Delivery

Subject to availability, we strive to despatch items as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. If your order includes a product(s) which are not available from stock, we will contact you via email to give you the option of either waiting until the goods are available or canceling your order. Delivery charges are based on weight and delivery location. You will be asked to confirm your delivery location prior to checkout so that the delivery charges can be calculated by the shopping cart. All delivery charges exclude VAT unless otherwise specified. For orders delivered to locations outside the UK the price excludes VAT but orders may be subject to local sales tax and/ or import duties. These are not included in our prices and customers remain liable for payment of these taxes or duties on or following delivery. Once delivered, the products ordered will become your property and responsibility, except in relation to products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered. Payment methods

We cannot accept your order until paid for in full. Payment can be made online using a major credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit, & Visa Electron Debit. Online payments can also be made using Paypal. Credit / debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates. By using a credit / debit card to pay for your order, you confirm that the card being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will cancel your order. We are not responsible for any charges made by your card issuer as a result of processing your credit/debit card for payment of items ordered.

Claims and Returns

On receipt of goods sent to you by us, you should inspect the goods and notify us of any problems within two days. If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt and we will give you a refund (excluding postal charges) within 5 days. While the goods are in your possession, it is your responsibility to take good care of the goods which must be returned in an unused, saleable condition with the original packaging. Unless the items you have bought from us are defective, damaged or incorrectly sent to you, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. If however the goods are faulty, then the postage costs will be refunded. We recommend that you use a delivery service that requires a signature upon delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

We take security very seriously. All credit/ debit payments are paid through Sage Pay a secure online payment gateway that uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We never see your card details when you use this payment method.

Any information that you give at the time of ordering or through any correspondence with us (name, address, card details etc.) will only be used by us for processing a request or order. We do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. If you buy a product from this site, you will be asked if you would like us to remember your details (name & address) by using a cookie. If you agree to this, the next time you buy something from us using the same computer it will automatically fill in the address details you used before.
