Returns Policy

On receipt of goods sent to you by us, you should inspect the goods and notify us of any problems within two days. If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt and we will give you a refund (excluding postal charges) within 5 days.

While the goods are in your possession, it is your responsibility to take good care of the goods which must be returned in an unused, saleable condition with the original packaging. Unless the items you have bought from us are defective, damaged or incorrectly sent to you, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. If however the goods are faulty, then the postage costs will be refunded. We recommend that you use a delivery service that requires a signature upon delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
