The Browning Defender 940 WiFi trail camera captures covert photos and video that can be viewed and downloaded remotely straight to your smartphone. By downloading the Browning trail camera mobile app on your tablet or smartphone, the user can change camera settings, download and view photos and preview its field of view up to 50m (180ft) away via Bluetooth and WiFi, all without having to physically touch the camera. This makes this trail camera perfect for use in situations where the camera is not easily accessible e.g. up a tree or when visiting the camera could disturb the species being filmed, such as at a nest site.
The camera has a passive infrared motion sensor with an 24m (80ft) detection range. The adjustable infrared LED flash has a range of up 24m (80ft) and offers long range, power save and fast motion settings. A fast trigger speed of 0.4 second, 0.8 second recovery time, up to 20MP images, 1920 x 1080p HD video (with sound), Blur reduction technology and invisible IR flash combine to make this trail camera a very versatile tool for both wildlife research and management applications.
