The 2017 Browning Defender 850 trail camera captures photos and movies of wildlife in the field and can be viewed or downloaded remotely straight to your electronic device. The Defender 850 has Bluetooth and WiFi capabilities enabling two way communication between user and camera. By downloading the Browning trial camera mobile app on your tablet or smartphone, the user can change camera settings, download and view photos and preview its field of view up to 50m (160ft) away, all without having to physically touch the camera.
The camera has a passive infrared motion sensor with a 24m (80ft) detection range. The adjustable infrared LED flash has a range of up to 36m (120ft) and offers long range, power save and fast motion settings. The extremely fast trigger speed of 0.4 second, 0.8 second recovery time, up to 20MP images, 1920 x 1080p HD video (with sound) and Blur reduction technology, make it an extremely professional and high quality trail camera.
To ensure you don’t miss any crucial wildlife moments, the defender 850 is capable of capturing up to 8 images in Rapid Fire or Multi-Shot modes. Photos and videos are recorded to a micro SDHC memory card of up to 256GB. The compact camera case features a 14-gauge steel adjustable tree-mount to help aim your camera in the field from any number of heights.
