PERDIX at the Game Fair 2025
This year’s Game Fair returned to Ragley Hall, Warwickshire, which, luckily for us, is just down the road from PERDIX headquarters in Stratford upon Avon. On site activities started a few days before the gates opened, with the whole PERDIX team working hard to transform a patch of grass into a space that said ‘Thank You’ to our current customers and ‘Welcome’ to our new ones.

We’ve always enjoyed exhibiting at the Game Fair as it’s a fantastic opportunity for friends within the game and wildlife community to come together in a relaxed environment to chat and catch up. Topics of conversation often revolve around new product ideas, tech, predator management, habitats and, of course, how the weather has affected things, particularly grey partridge nesting and chick survival. So, we wanted to make sure our stand provided the atmosphere to do just that.

In addition to having many of our products on display and available to purchase, including our farmland bird feeders, wildlife cameras, nest boxes and trapping equipment, we were also demonstrating our PERDIXPro platform and apps to customers who were looking to enhance and streamline their wildlife management and conservation activities.
We had a fantastic response to this with interest from pest control operatives, wildlife managers, particularly those involved in deer and grey squirrel control, gamekeepers, farmers, wildlife biologists and ecologists. It was also an extremely valuable time to discuss the requirements of current and future PERDIXPro users. Many of these suggestions are already being integrated into the system to further support wildlife professionals in their work.

PERDIXPro was also discussed in the Carter Jonas Theatre by our Product Development and Support Manager, Jodie Case, alongside the Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust’s Head of Advisory, Roger Draycott and Rupert Brewer, Conservation Manager at Bisterne Estate. The panel talked about the importance of effective data collection across game management activities, and highlighted the use of PERDIXPro to facilitate and support this process.

We were also very pleased to have the support of Sparsholt College on our stand, who kindly provided and cooked venison burgers for our visitors. The Sparsholt team promoted venison in support of habitat protection and sustainability, and also caught up with current students and spoke to protentional new students about their excellent land-based courses. We are always proud of our collaborations with Sparsholt College and to be able to contribute to their student’s progression.

The PERDIX team would like to say thank you to everyone who came to visit our stand at the Game Fair, and to all our customers for their support.
