The Reconyx™ HL2X HyperFire 2 is the latest remote camera from Reconyx specifically designed to capture car number plates day and night.  Due to their reflective nature, number plates have always been very difficult to photograph, especially at night. The Reconyx™ HL2X HyperFire 2 uses a special filter to remove the glare and provide a clear image of the plate, day and night. With an amazing trigger speed of 0.2 seconds, it is capable of recording number plates at speeds of up to 50 mph (80 kph).

The Reconyx HL2X HyperFire 2 also features Reconyx’s new NoGlow™ GEN3 High Output Infrared night vision for  illumination up to 15m (50 feet), 720P HD Video with Audio, loop recording and Advanced Multi-Scheduling (programming the camera to only operate during set hours of the day and different days of the week). As with all Reconyx cameras, the HL2X is made in the USA from only the highest quality components.  This is backed up by a 5 year manufacturers warranty, the longest in the trail camera business. If purchased from PERDIX, official dealers of Reconyx products since 2012, we will take care of all warranty repairs at no cost. Adjustable belt included.
